Reads as a broken arm.
Given the nasty impact injuries he has had over the last few years maybe time to call quits on playing and focus on a coaching role if that is what he chooses.

Kudos to him wanting to give back to his home club, but surely its time he gave his body a rest? He has had some nasty injuries over his time its time to hang up the boots.
