Richmond game
After wattching richmond beat freo last night
Bolton and taranto had match winning games.
Bolton 33 disposal ,11 inside 50's
Taranto 35 disposals seven clearences 2 goals.
Once again our midfield is going to be under the pump. By no means a easy game,

Tiges returning from Indian Ocean side of the continent. Plane food, no in flight entertainment, 3 hour time difference. They will be ripe for the picking.
Dusty might not turn up on time because he can't reset his watch.
McQualter should rest Cotchin, no good he gets pantz by Seb R. Week after for the sniper's celebration, eh.

Re: Richmond game
Spot on, Bolton and Taranto need to be stopped as well as a young bloke called Martin.
What I do not want to see is Short being given any latitude inside 60 metres, such a beautiful, long, accurate kick.
The fat side of the Richmond F50 needs to be guarded, they are well drilled kicking to that spot as Riewoldt is comfortable leading into it.
I will be interested to see whether they give Caminiti another chance, I hope so but can see Membrey being brought back in, especially if the Butler suspension is upheld.
OUT: Butler (susp), Caminiti
IN: Sharman, Membrey (Paton)
SUB: Paton (Membrey)
Maybe Peris may be given an opportunity instead of Paton if Butler is suspended???

Re: Richmond game
I’m very anxious of this game. Will be going with a tigers friend. As above posters have stated, we need to quiet Taranto and Boltons influence. Might be a tagging job for Windhager. I think we just need to quiet Taranto because he wins the contested ball and either handballs to Bolton for a break out of the middle or does a clearance which means we can’t structure up behind the ball like we usually do so effectively.
Short had a good game last night and we need to watch his repeat entries.
I’m sure they will be coming up with plans for Mitchito Owens, and shutting down our run out of half back. They might move Baker up toward to add some heat to our half back exits.
Big game looming.

Re: Richmond game
Need to win this one but don’t see how we can. Tigers bigger, stronger, faster and more skilled adds up to about a 24 point win. Probably 15 or 16 of their list would be in our best 22 and maybe only 4 or 5 of ours in theirs but surprises do happen.

Re: Richmond game
Another milestone game for them geezus
They’re up and about so we’ll have to be at best
My view
We’ll lose this one then
Beat Lions at home

Re: Richmond game
Just another mile stone game the Saints. Hopefully them playing two back to back interstate games takes its toll and we can get the chocolates.

Not "Simon Templar". He was here first. Please change my username to Bumstead and if possible make me one of those very large sandwiches, thanks!

Arrested in WA on multiple burglary charges
But with them top lawyers footy clubs use he probably won't miss training.
And if he plays and someone should have the audacity to boo him , then it's just blatant racism.

I’d boo him. Not a problem in the world and if the great unwashed call that racism then let them.mr six o'clock wrote: ↑Mon 12 Jun 2023 12:30amYeahAnnoyedsaint wrote: ↑Sun 11 Jun 2023 9:39pm Well, Pickett might be out.

Shai Bolton
How do we usually deal with him?

You're quite brilliant Shane, yeah..terrific!
Re: Richmond game
Best way to nullify the Tigers mids is to get the ball first, not stand and watch, as they move it along quickly. We need to score more from stoppages- and I think if Bytel is fit, then he might come in for Caminiti. Should play Hill on Bolton.

Re: Richmond game
He’s been remanded mate. Means he’s sitting in a jail cell in Perth with hard evidence against him. Even if he gets bailed part of the condition is to remove his passport so he doesn’t become a flight risk. I strongly think he won’t be training and playing for the game this weekend.mr six o'clock wrote: ↑Mon 12 Jun 2023 12:30amYeahAnnoyedsaint wrote: ↑Sun 11 Jun 2023 9:39pm Well, Pickett might be out.
