Bored on a Sunday Morning - Conspiracy Theory
One for the Conspiracy Theorists out there.
Next week is Anzac Day Game
I don't think there is any chance of it not being a sell out - but ...... just in case!
For the AFL to have it billed as 1 v 2
Carlton had to lose to Adelaide - tick
Melbourne had to lose to Essendon - tick
St Kilda has to lose to Collingwood by about 40 points - ????
WE NEED TO SPOIL THE PARTY!

Try posting this on a Carlton supporters' forum. It would cheer them enormously to think that their crapfest performance on Thursday night was the result of a conspiracy rather than just a symptom of their team's overall mediocrity.Sainter_Dad wrote: ↑Sun 16 Apr 2023 11:08am One for the Conspiracy Theorists out there.

The Pies are paying $3.80 for them to win by more than 40 points.Sainter_Dad wrote: ↑Sun 16 Apr 2023 11:08am One for the Conspiracy Theorists out there.

Should I put a $1000 on that and hedge my emotional bets to ensure it is a win-win kind of afternoon?

now what do you think, should I hedge my emotional bets and create a win win for myself or would it be dirty money betting on the Pies?

With so many great proposals along the journey even I've forgotten which were the better ones, thanks for keeping track.CQ SAINT wrote: ↑Sun 16 Apr 2023 2:39pmYeah.you can put the winnings on the bar. I'll wait until the sub is named though to decide if the bet is viable, it might not matter though if JDG is an out and the rumours of the flu ripping through their playing list are true as mentioned on the on the Pies board.

I hope you lost your 1000 bucks but seeing it's you I call bulls*** on the bet. Be like the 5,000 bucks you promised to put on the bar. Doubt you would be good for 1% of that.Vortex wrote: ↑Sun 16 Apr 2023 12:34pmThe Pies are paying $3.80 for them to win by more than 40 points.Sainter_Dad wrote: ↑Sun 16 Apr 2023 11:08am One for the Conspiracy Theorists out there.
