Re: Misson Possible
Seemed to have a pretty good handle on keeping guys on the park when he was last with us… from what I can recall.
Seems to really like RL… his book was just a giant advertisement as to his greatness.
Still, it makes sense for a group that like/respect/trust each other to work together.

I hope Nick Walsh does stay, thought he did a good job this season and I know Lenny really rates him from his GWS days.

Re: Misson Possible
Misson is well beyond a day to day hands on involvement role these days IMO. Highly knowledgeable and respected guy across a number of elite sports.Saintmike65 wrote: ↑Fri 04 Nov 2022 8:03am I hope Nick Walsh does stay, thought he did a good job this season and I know Lenny really rates him from his GWS days.
Given their current stages in their respective careers, I would assume that their roles would be at different levels & compliment each other with Walsh more a hands on role as per last season and Misson holistically overseeing the fitness & wellness program.
I hope Walsh will be happy to wonder under Misson as he should learn a lot and that will benefit his development and the club.
Just my opinion!

Good get. It would have enhanced the offering.

'Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to coax a reluctant Hunter to attend the gym on a regular basis, adhere to a well-planned regime of weights in order to build essential muscle.
This mission is called 'Ghost Protocol' as Hunter is a 'gym ghost'. Some folk swear they've seen him appear in the gym; CCTV has revealed very blurry vision of a skinny apparition, flying through the door, never staying long.

Re: Misson Possible
I wonder if Misson tells Walsh to get rid of all the boxing equipment that Walsh had installed after he was appointed, they might have a clash in methods initially.
The list changes for 2025 have begun, always an interesting time for an avid supporter.

He's the genius that decided that Luke Ball was only good for six minutes at a Time!
Maybe we should have gone for Collingwood's 2010 fitness guy instead?
