Amazing logic. You obviously have no issues with coke heads and meth heads. All known to the players & highly likely to have more influence on younger players.
I missed those shots from the coaches box where there was a shiraz instead of a gatorade on the window sill or a king brown instead of a water.
We all have dependencies B.M., I just found labelling someone who has just had his life flipped upside down "a raging Alco!" on top of that, a cheap, unnecessary comment.
Yep it is a cheap shot, naive.
Ratts has a case of rosacea that gives the rosy face. A lot of white guys get that and it gets worse. It can be triggered by many kinds of stuff. (Including alcohol, yes, but by no means an indication)
But at least we can acknowledge Teflon for calling out the premature re-signing at the time. Of course, none of us (I assume, based on the posters at least) seem to know the inside story, but we can acknowledge now that whatever ‘processes’ that allowed that resigning to happen, was really baseless and hollow.
As was pointed out, our first part to the season wasn’t brilliant but we had some sensational patches of games, particularly the Geelong game. One or two brilliant quarters that gave us all a desperately needed shot of adrenaline.
