I can answer my own question, Chris Liberatore was replaced as St Kilda State Recruiting Manager by Chris Toce early in 2022.

Only we had him in our top 30. Why we didn't trade the pick is beyond me. Why we gave him a contract extension - with no explanation - is downright bizarre.

Libba is still at the club I believe but no longer head recruiter..not sure exactly when Toce got the gig, sometime earlier this year.
