Tom Stewart and Bailey Smith
Both return for the games against StKilda. Both committed acts that should have resulted in far longer penalties.
Funny they both return to play us.
Funny they both return to play us.

Isn't Tom Stewart returning this week? Aren't we playing Hawthorn this week?

Come on Dud, even you know that when found guilty the tribunal checks draw to see when their team play St Kilda and penalise them accordingly

Flat or round, he probably thinks it's whatever disadvantages St Kilda more, and the AFL's fault!IluvHarvey wrote: βWed 27 Jul 2022 11:53amYou wouldn't happen to believe the earth is flat do you?

I'm predicting Buddy will be reported this week for not handing the ball back to the umpire and only get three weeks for it.

Swings and roundabouts.
Geelong will have to cope with Hanners and no one can say Dan's return date wasn't a lottery. Cats will be cursing their luck.
And the Dogs got Bailey White Powder back but also Josh the Bruce. Sort of counteracts.

Re: Tom Stewart and Bailey Smith
So let me understand this.
The AFL tribunal when suspending a player, check the fixture, then allocate the suspension not on the merit of the offence, but on when that club is allocated to play St Kilda and then ensure that said player is available?
Is this what you are suggesting?

Re: Tom Stewart and Bailey Smith
Quite a conspiracy theory
I donβt think itβs a conspiracy- I call it StKilda luck
Ever since Iβve supported StK bad luck has befallen the club
Career effecting/ending injuries to key players
Large suspensions
Whispers in the sky/Sirengate/Lights out at Waverley
Ross walking
Trade busts
Poor draft selections
Toe poke/bad bounce
There is curse on this club, that I know
