Next round
2 teams under us:
Suns vs Injectors
Power vs Demons
Suns and Power should lose, which holds our spot, as long as we beat the bloody Bulldogs.
Are we a chance?
Will we come out firing?
Embarrassed about our deplorable game, or are they past caring?

A real Sainter will pledge allegiance to the ❤ and despise the Pies, the Blues, and the Injectors.

Re: Next round
Even if the Saints come out firing on Friday night, if the Dogs up the ante after half time will the cue go back in the rack, again.
The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

Re: Next round
Again not sure, has the load of expectation been too much after a promising start ? Or have we batted above our average in the first half of the year & now we have been exposed for where we are actually at?

Re: Next round
That's the thing. We pay our money, pay our dues but get no honest Intel from the club. You can understand stuff has to be kept confidential but it means we are in the dark, speculating about players abilities, roles, coaching moves, motivation v lack of skill, commitment of players. Why do we cop disproportionately bad umpiring, did we really have to go to Cairns, why do the Board rate Ratts, why so poor post bye, Tony74 said they were up and about optimistic. What do the players really feel now, what are they about, don't care or embarrassed. We are given bugger all for our coin and devotion and that doesn't seem right, we deserve an honest appraisal of why the season has gone to hell. Don't we?
Re: Next round
Put Howard, Coffield and Clark back into our defensive 6, releasing Hill and Sinclair from the need to provide transition from defence and freeing Wilkie to play to his strengths
And see who drops back to Sandringham
Then analyse the List, noting that Howard is our only defender above 193cm, hence our rucks needing to drop back instead of going forward to provide an option to King
Then Paddy being the age he is
Then run the rule over our centre square mids and who can burst ball in hand toward goal (look at when, how and where Ross accumulates the majority of his disposals)
Who of our centre square mids absent Gresham do we see running and bouncing the ball, carrying lines?
Or gaining 15 metres courtesy of their legs, gaining space and delivering?
We see what the powers that be see
In fact, for a raft of reasons they are more aware than those of us over the boundary fence
And see who drops back to Sandringham

Stupid selectors haven’t picked Coffield all year.

Re: Next round
We will most likely be too slow to match it with the dogs and the suns are a big chance to beat the injectors so could be looking at 11th after the next round and 12th or possibly 13th by seasons end

What next round.
I thought we received a TKO in the 17th.
Ok, get the lady with the #18 placard into uniform and stem those eye brow cuts.
Bring it on slugger.

Re: Next round
Last two games Lions and Swans put the clamps on the dogs spread from contest and moved it quick to put pressure on their defence. Both games dogs couldn't move the footy.
Hoping Ratts and his team are doing some homework.
If so Max will have a day out - as will Ryder/Marshall - and we'll win by 40.

Bulldogs to win by 30 points. They will have Bruce & Smith back and will run us off our feet. Thankfully that will put an end to this years misery.

If Ratts and his team do their planning we will win. Smash them.

Re: Next round
Naughton out for the Dogs.
Bruce and Sweet are their Key Forwards.
Not sure how potent those KPF's will be. Bruce after a year out, Sweet, is he any good.
Their smallish forwards look pretty good though.
