The same management people, four years on, extend the contract of another coach who's unconvincing, rewarding mediocrity whilst trumpeting it as the future. All warm and fluffy and no hard headed professionalism. TBH, I'm losing interest. Same mistakes repeated over and over again. Big part of me says they can just go and get *******. Wake me up when there's some actual willingness to bite the bullet.

I pay 4 memberships a year (I’m the only one who goes now)
I walk out thinking….if this was a stock would you keep throwing money into it knowing the organisation’s just so poorly run?
It’s like they are not serious about success
They don’t truly hold each other to account otherwise changes would’ve been made
The last 5 games we have produced bottom 4 football ….
We have played one full 4 quarter game this year
And we re-sign the coach ???? WTF
It’s fast getting to a stage where I may as well just write footy off cause my clubs a genuine laughing stock and what’s more…irrelevant

Same. Am genuinely losing interest. Ratten looks like Richo mk II to me. Lovely bloke but where are the sharp edges required to make hard decisions. Lethlean, Finnis the same. I feel totally ripped off. The wheels fall off our season and we extend the coach by 2 years. Beggars belief. F*** em.
And no, would have written it off as a bad investment long ago.

Im with you Teflon, why should loyal financial members keep throwing their money at an organisation, that is so poorly run? Absolutely no accountability, a hundred year history of mediocrity and under performing player worshipping. What a sh*t organisation, that has no respect from the AFL and bigger clubs.

Just another train wreck season littered by games that they shouldnt have lost and uncompetitive efforts against teams we should be even with. So in reality after all the chest beating and early wins, the club will end the year in the exact same position (or worse) than they did last season.

Oh and how many games has Sandringham or the Saints AFLW team win?

You can just envisage Bassett's end of season speach to members, being identical to last.
