They have to target as many Free Agents as possible. De Goey and Amon at a minimum. Delist as many players as needed that are not best 25 to make room in the salary cap. Then we take all of our current draft picks to the draft. Also I would be trying to convert next years FRDP into a FRDP for this year. Hit the draft hard and also bring in De Goey and Amon and if there is another FA worthwhile bring them in as well.

I would add Ross, Webster and Paton to your list: not every player in our 22 is going to develop into a star, but these guys are all good first team regulars.

Also, Steele is a much better and more rounded midfielder than he was when he joined us.

Need to get a better midfield setup..still lack X-Factor. Need to improve the ruck situation. We seem to be hanging on to the final 8 by our fingernails and the rest of the season will tell what are the positives and negatives for the next season.

Absolutely no to DeGoey. Amon yes.
Apart from that stick to the draft.
Some people have no faith in our current list but it's actually pretty good.

So many called for the head of Seb Ross yet here he is playing very well.

Windhager, NWM and Owens will be fine players and expect them to step up a notch next year and add run and grunt to our midfield

From a draft perspective, a couple of talented key positions players would be nice

Brayshaw is a FA and so is Dunkley would prefer both to De Goey. Otherwise trade for Taranto and bring in Amon also.
