I hope the posters who said he wouldn’t make a senior coach because he can’t express himself very well, watch the video.. Infact I recall one poster saying he was inarticulate and wouldn’t be able to deal with the media.
Harves may be a reserved individual, however this video shows that Harves has a good command of the English language and expresses his ideas and opinions quite succinctly. A good communicator.
Like many reserved individuals, they don’t dribble on with verbal diarrhoea and histrionics as the garrulous do. They quietly and emphatically give their opinions & most people listen. Especially if the introvert has experience & skills to back up their point of view.

I really liked that. Saw just about every game banger played so it bought back memories for me too
