I think I'm incredibly happy with what Corey Enright has managed to do with the defensive group in the past 6 monthsSaintPav wrote: ↑Tue 07 Jun 2022 8:51pm We’re probably better served with a very good assistant coach or senior assistant to provide more support, when allowed.
That might mean off loading someone but maybe the club are very happy with the coaching staff as is. Unless you have inside information, it’s impossible to tell.

Yes, looking like a winner, so far.Saintmatt wrote: ↑Wed 08 Jun 2022 9:54amI think I'm incredibly happy with what Corey Enright has managed to do with the defensive group in the past 6 monthsSaintPav wrote: ↑Tue 07 Jun 2022 8:51pm We’re probably better served with a very good assistant coach or senior assistant to provide more support, when allowed.

The recruiter and list manager did
Their drafting from Gawn to Viney to Petracca and Brayshaw to Oliver to Jackson and Pickett
And their trading for May and Lever and Langdon
Premiership lists are build by recruiting and trading
Precise.

Re: Clarkson - head of football?
I recall Clarkson being adamant he was involved in ALL recruitment & trades as part of his role ( which isn't too common)....hmmmm.
So he isn't sh1te or he is? He had a tough run for last few years....
Obviously, no where near as good as Ratts, we'd be world class wankers to even want him as a groundsman.
Let him go to another team and take THEM to multiple Grand Finals...our cabinets too full as it is... definitely don't seek to keep upgrading...keep all the same coaches & players we have now...they're bound to win it all several years in a row....
I'll circle back after we get royally reamed in Brisbane to catch the mood.

Nothing good about tonight
Other than Brisbane’s kicking
It should’ve been a shellacking

Ratten.
The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

McKenzie was a big loss. Very underrated player. Plus three injured killed our rotations.
