Sebs third term
I thought Sebs 3rd term deserved his own thread
Watching the 20 minutes of the 3rd again (as we all have a number of times), Seb was instrumental
His speed to motor away from centre clearance & his disposal (yes..... a big tick to both)
We do take what he does foe granted & he has led the resurgence this year
His kicking was not CM perfect - but he did what was required.
Having said that...his kick into space to Membrey late in the 3rd on his non-preferred was perfect. (Got to love that passage with Hill putting body on the line)
Got to love the Seb - like us he bleeds red, black & white!!

Re: Sebs third term
Seb can be summed up in that third quarter.
I think on 4 occasions he found himself running through the centre under little pressure towards an open forward line (credit to him), but only 1 of those 4 kicks hit a target (Membrey right at the end) while the other 3 were mongrels that went to 50/50 (or worse) situations.
He did the hard work of getting the ball in a good spot, but again his disposal let him down. You'd want to be taking those opportunities and hitting a forward 3 out of 4 times at least.

All posters are equal, but some posters are more equal than others.

Also in the last quarter after Geelong came back Seb went back into the middle and the game again turned our way.
In both the 3rd and 4th quarters he was instrumental in turning the game our way.
Seb is having an outstanding year.

Yeah, but some posters can't help themselves and have to put s*** on him to make themselves feel good.

Re: Sebs third term
Absolutely deserves his own thread this week.
I have watched the replay from Q2 to final siren several times now and Sebs performance and contribution was significant in our effort to procuring the W.
I'll go even further and say without his contribution after Steele subbed out we end up being delivered the L.
On field leadership = TICK.

Seb’s been very good but Gresham’s the key to our midfield.

I don't think he got any coaches votes but he should have.
