I hope the selectors are watching Sandy!!!!!
If they don't pick Sharman next week then they should be sacked. Including Ratts!!!
St Kilda should never trade with Essendon and Sydney ever again!!!

I just want the selectors to do the right thing and select Sharman. If they don't he will end up walking away!!!nostalgicsaint wrote: ↑Sat 07 May 2022 4:42pm You're killing this forum quicker than a babysitters boyfriend when the kids parents car pulls up.

Of interest is that of the 4 Emergencies named, only Campbell is playing.
It may be that Windhager is being rested.
Which leaves Byrnes and Joyce.
Joyce being held back may indicate an injury concern (to me Howard appeared to be struggling physically last week).
The other point of interest is the performances of Billings and Clark.
Along with how our younger talent are performing.

If Membrey has a bad one again tomorrow I would drop him and bring in Sharman. While we have all this young talent performing well we should be utilising it. There's nothing wrong with dropping some established players to keep them on their toes. This is one are where Ratts struggles in my opinion. He is not hard arsed enough!!!

If you think that Membrey doesn't do any more than shooting at goals, you should open your eyes.SunnyErnie wrote: ↑Sat 07 May 2022 4:52pm If Membrey has a bad one again tomorrow I would drop him and bring in Sharman. Sharman good, 2 goals , 7 marks
Billings and Clark also had 26 touches
Owens also a good game

Yeah, after half time. They were outscored. Took their foot off the pedal. They were good first half though.

Re: I hope the selectors are watching Sandy!!!!!
Our list is coming together nicely.
We finally have some depth playing VFL Billings, Clark, Owens, Lienert, Bytel, Highmore and Sharman are all capable AFL players. Plus who we have rested and have as subs the future is bright.

If Membrey played a VFL game he’d kick 8 and then get a run down at HT
Sharman has a lot to work on

Re: I hope the selectors are watching Sandy!!!!!
I thought Paton was struggling physically more than Howard. It could be him that potentially comes out for Joyce (playing two talls down back makes perfect sense against the Dees).Killa wrote: ↑Sat 07 May 2022 4:49pm Of interest is that of the 4 Emergencies named, only Campbell is playing.

The other player who might be in a little doubt is Gresham. If he's out, I would assume that Byrnes plays and Windhager is the medical sub.

Re: I hope the selectors are watching Sandy!!!!!
There is certainly talent in that Zebras side. Some of the younger development players coming along nicely as well. A few seasons ago that might have been close to the senior side we would field.
Re: I hope the selectors are watching Sandy!!!!!
Yes our List is on the improve
But the opposition today have only won one game this season to date
So perspective

Re: I hope the selectors are watching Sandy!!!!!
It’s not nonsense at all. Any player that has a down game should be dropped to give our very promising youth a go. Leinert was definitely not BOG. He takes the kick outs and his stats are falsely inflated. Please watch the game closer Banger FFS. The FFS was just to mirror what you posted!!!Banger9798 wrote: ↑Sat 07 May 2022 5:56pm FFS , Just stop with the drop Membrey nonsense

Re: I hope the selectors are watching Sandy!!!!!
I'd be surprised if Skunk had more than 8 touches, and scored over 45 AF points.
I'll visit the AFL app and come back soon.
Edit: 51 points, only 4 points more than Campbell (the guy we picked up at a garage sale or verge collection)
Skunk had 14 touches, 8 kicks, 4 handballs.
It's his AF points that worry me, a bit above the reject
