Help Needed if you were a RooeysRecruits/Junior Member in 2013

Now I need help from someone who was a Rooeys Recruits/Junior member in 2013 , In the members brochure from that year under Rooeys Recruits there was pictured what the you would receive. Now you would get fan banner's , some really cool stand-ups (which I have) but also shown was a set of player cards for which I never seen which in nine yrs haven't been seen on Ebay etc

So my question is Do these cards even exist ? if they do I would love a checklist and some Images of said cards

So any info would be much appreciate
