Saints Fans in Cairns
Hey Saints fans in Cairns. Is there a hotel or restaurant that some fans are gathering at on Friday night? Love to get to function on Saturday but that has sold out. Anyone can't make it I'd be happy to purchase your $30 ticket.

Re: Saints Fans in Cairns
The wife and I are booked into the official match function in the Allen Aylett room with prematch 3 course dinner, corporate undercover seating and free booze from 5.30 till the final whistle. Great investment.
Have seen a few Saints fans around today but as yet haven't heard of any gatherings for tonight. Would be keen to get out if something is on. The night markets are our only plan so far.

Oh ok ... so that pre match event is where you also watch the game. That's cool. I'll be with cheer squad and my big banners so that doesn't work. I will be in Night Markets about 7pm. I'll be in Saints red membership 2022 top and black cap. Yell out if you see me!

Take your floaties if you're going to the game. A reasonable dump overnight and looks like it's set in for the day.

Floaties not in the dress code in the Allen Aylett room mate. I'll ask for a concierge and an umbrella if the mist gets into the undercover corporate area.

I'll be interested to hear your thoughts after the game regarding your experience with the facilities and the package, hopefully they have stuck you up the back where it's possibly dryer but this wind tends to drive the rain into the covered areas a fair way.

Great to catch up with Ben and Sue from Hervey Bay ... plus some of the cheer squad earlier. Disappointing that at 1.30pm we are still having light consistent rain and totally grey skies. Rain is supposed to be less likely this afternoon.

Hey if it's good enough for 'Ratts' to grab a takeaway in the Cairns Night Market/Food Court .... it's good enough for me!

Likewise Greg, was a relaxing night, great conversation and a little bit of excitement too. Yep, good enough for Ratts, good enough for me too. Hope you got the show recorded on time.

Crickey!!!. I hope Ratts doesn't come down with salmonella poisoning before the game.
For those that enjoy seafood and beer, check out the Prawn Star over at E finger at the marina, you can enjoy freshly caught seafood on the boats. The owner is a close friend.
And for those that don't enjoy dining on a boat in tropical waters, just over on the baordwalk about 50m, is Tha Fish, also locally caught fish cooked by one of the best chefs in Australia.
Local businesses.
Night Markets....not so much.
I have plenty more suggestions for some of Cairns famous dining options if seafood is not your thing.
