Re: Gilly on that Cuz moment
my most hated club...worst supporters...there a are few good ones but the majority are toothless vermin. A hatred born from the days at Vic park.
They didn't go to just watch the footy...fights and violent abuse was the norm there.
Even that Joffa got found out........
I was shocked to see that some on here had got selfies with him ....

It wasn't just Collingwood supporters. I remember some pretty awful stuff at Princes Park, too. Racism was rife in the 70s and 80s. It was really terrible. I remember going to a pub in Berwick in the mid 80s with an Indian friend and being denied entry by the doorman because, and I quote, "We don't let black c#nts in here"
We were gobsmacked to say the least. I grew up with a lot of dark skinned friends and I saw it first hand. Thank goodness we've come a long way since then. That's why we have to be hard on it. You leave the door ajar and the nasty creeps will kick it open

Re: Gilly on that Cuz moment
A friend worked for Victoria Police in their Crime Intelligence Area. She said they had statistics that showed that when a big Collingwood game was on there were less crimes committed in Melbourne if Collingwood won. Conversely, when they lost acts of vandalism, malicious damage, theft and domestic violence incidences went through the roof.
Rugby League would have to be the stupidest, most moronic and over rated game of all time.
