Coaches Votes
Surprised that Sincs did not poll a vote. I thought Gresh was good but IMO Sincs was better hardly missed a target & Gresh was very hit & miss . Obviously everyone sees the game differently was also surprised Max scored 8

Re: Coaches Votes
Astounded Sinclair didn't score votes.
His disposals so much more creative than those of Gresham, Crouuch or even Steele.
As good as King's last quarter was, judged over the whole game, I don't believe he was deserving of votes.

Re: Coaches Votes
After watching the replay I was really impressed with Crouch's game. He was that player we have been so desperate to have on the list for years. When Richmond were so close to taking the game away from us midway through the 3rd Crouch got us going. He was the definition of competitive beast and was brutal at the ball. What were his meters and assisted meters gained? Seriously good I'm guessing. Onfield leadership, tick.
And I'm happy to accept the votes King attracted from the coaches. Before watching the replay I wasn't as impressed with his contribution because it appeared he only gave about 1.5 quarters and also becaue I thought he only got going after Grimes went off. To a certain degree that was the situation but the fact he converted long range goals in clutch moments would have surely been highly valued by the coaches. Making the most of your opportunities, tick.

Re: Coaches Votes
The same votes - different coach - but I think Dimma would have thought more of Broads game than Ratts - more often than not the losing coach puts his teams best player 2nd.bangaulegend wrote: ↑Mon 04 Apr 2022 9:06pm Just to add how I reckon it went

Re: Coaches Votes
If your surname isn't Hardwick or Ratten, what your opinion is amounts to nothing.

Re: Coaches Votes
Not having a go mate [nor being a fun police] - just think that a coach will tend to try and find a 2nd best on for his own team - How else would you would you have phrased my reply??bangaulegend wrote: ↑Mon 04 Apr 2022 11:11pmYou're probably right mate but I went with the fact Max took the game away from them & would be fresh in his mind but hey it was guess .I have no idea just a bit of fun but the fun police are alive & wellSainter_Dad wrote: ↑Mon 04 Apr 2022 10:19pmThe same votes - different coach - but I think Dimma would have thought more of Broads game than Ratts - more often than not the losing coach puts his teams best player 2nd.bangaulegend wrote: ↑Mon 04 Apr 2022 9:06pm Just to add how I reckon it went

Re: Coaches Votes
Hi Mate the fun police bit wasn't directed at you it was for the posts after yours & I didn't think you were having a go at me I thought it was just a bit of fun guessing what coaches picked what players no malice intended.Sainter_Dad wrote: ↑Tue 05 Apr 2022 7:30amNot having a go mate [nor being a fun police] - just think that a coach will tend to try and find a 2nd best on for his own team - How else would you would you have phrased my reply??bangaulegend wrote: ↑Mon 04 Apr 2022 11:11pmYou're probably right mate but I went with the fact Max took the game away from them & would be fresh in his mind but hey it was guess .I have no idea just a bit of fun but the fun police are alive & wellSainter_Dad wrote: ↑Mon 04 Apr 2022 10:19pmThe same votes - different coach - but I think Dimma would have thought more of Broads game than Ratts - more often than not the losing coach puts his teams best player 2nd.bangaulegend wrote: ↑Mon 04 Apr 2022 9:06pm Just to add how I reckon it went
