If Like for Like then Hayes as medical sub, but would be stiff. Could play him in rotation off the bench with other bigs but do lose some flexibility .
Other options : Wood, Lienart, Brynes (although need his pace)

20 players in black jumpers today at training including Ryder, Hayes, NWM and Howard.
Leinert, Byrnes, Wood, Sharman and Joyce all in white jumpers.
Connelly again impressed and must be close..Sinclair trained with the mids!
Positive news, Jones trained early one on one with one of the support fitness guys.

Our smaller players aren't much chop anyway, with some notable exceptions like Sincs.
Adding a medium sized or small guy won't help at all.
