I listened to the interview Damian sounds like a nice bloke. I wonder when how much coaching and direction becomes too much and whether that applies here?

I know DC well, one of the nicest blokes I’ve ever met. He’s also whip smart. But his true love is development of young players. We’ve finally got a good one there.
Now all we need is a stock of young talent for him to school and develop properly. And not a bag of our recent potatos.
