Re: NWM to Debut
"The Saints have eyes on regaining Jack Billings (hamstring) and Hunter Clark (shoulder) by the end of the month, with the latter cutting several around the oval for the first time post-injury."
I wonder which month they are talking about. Certainly not this month.
And what does "cutting several around the oval" mean. Is it something young people say?

Something to do with breaking wind? Side effect of the medication - best not done in the gym. Team rules.

Probably cutting several corners if they're back by the end of THIS month

Re: NWM to Debut
NWM to debut? He looks a bit on the skinny side so not sure what the hierarchy are thinking, what with the Owens debacle last week. Maybe get a few games into them at Sandy before deciding. Hopefully the wide open spaces will suit NWM.

Re: NWM to Debut
NWM needs fattening up for sure, but looks to have poise and class. Let’s hope he can find some space and do some damage.

Re: NWM to Debut
I don't mind the recruits getting early exposure seeing we're missing Billings, Clark and Jones.
If anything it instantly gives them the experience of AFL standard and pace.
They at least get a sense of the work they have to do in the Magoos to make up the difference.

I reckon he’ll do ok.
Big open spaces, low expectations and hopefully playing a role tailored to his skill set off the HBF

Aussie Jones was a light weight & he went alright . Probably a little premature for my liking but I wish you all the best the best mate & I hope do yourself proud.
