Preseason reflections

Got locked out of the original.

Saints tracking v. well. Players back from long term injuries, squad 95% injury free, recruited well - players and coaches. Couple of structural probs but no one is perfect. Better draw. Nice balanced squad with lot of talent.

Melbourne on course to fly from the barrier then fade in the straight. Cannot go injury free again. Coach has issues.

Eagles in deep trouble, too many to mention.

Carlton hype will fade. Voss proven failure at top job however Hamill will prop him up early. Curnow and Cripps must stay injury free, but won't.

Collingwood: New coach's enthusiasm v Degoey's lack of discipline. Buck's new variety show to be season highlight.

Richmond: Dusty has had a nasty injury. Hard to come back from. Coach reaching ybd. Can't see it.

GWS: Green has to play nice on return from suspension. No hope. Coach seeing writing on wall will do a Langer.

Swans serious about our draft #1? List in trouble. Lot riding on Buddy - old mate - and that blonde champ they have
Biggest threats to Saints:
- Bulldogs
- Brisbane
- Speculation on Clarkson. (Will stop when we are top after round 4, undefeated.
Oh ok, and maybe Geelong
