Rest assured you are not alone.

However, what's past is past. There is nothing any of us can do.

We must look to the future. And while it is not perfect neither is it doom and gloom.

I firmly believe our terrible recruiting decisions are in the past.

Our recruiting uncovered some real potential stars of the future.

I know some will take issue and say why did we recruit Hannebery? Why did we recruit Hill?

Aren't they examples of terrible recruiting decisions?

I think the jury is out on both.

Hill was playing good footy at the end of 2021.

It may still be possible to manage Hannebery so we get a decent return on investment in 2022.

It was 7 years ago. It's time to let it go. Can't change it. Those responsible have left the club and we have better people running the show now
