This s*** really sucks
As ex-president Peter Summers said:
“If we are going to be a contender, we may as well plan to win the bloody thing.”

Re: VFL Season officially over
First season as an expanded VFL and no result, would have been good to see Southport win it.
Always next year.
Always next year.
The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

Re: VFL Season officially over
The ripples of impact from this Pandemic have barely reached our shores yet. In the short term it will make it tough for the teams playing finals but it is the long term that could make it hard for clubs recruiting and development.
I mean seriously if we are being honest it's all a bit of slap and tickle coming through the TV, nothing more.

I remember the days of a bit of slap and tickle, but not in the football.Vortex wrote: ↑Wed 01 Sep 2021 10:56pm The ripples of impact from this Pandemic have barely reached our shores yet. Yeah, a girl once slapped me at the drive in because I got her a pineapple fritter instead of a banana fritter. Or vice versa. It should have served as a warning to me.bangaulegend wrote: ↑Thu 02 Sep 2021 5:23pmYeah mate so do I unfortunately I got a lot more slaps than ticklesJacks Back wrote: ↑Thu 02 Sep 2021 4:58pmI remember the days of a bit of slap and tickle, but not in the football.Vortex wrote: ↑Wed 01 Sep 2021 10:56pm The ripples of impact from this Pandemic have barely reached our shores yet. Unfortunately it didn't.
I suppose we all have things in life we live to regret.
