Watching at the ground

Post: # 1916365Post WellardSaint »

I know a lot of you guys n gals living in Melb don't go to every game at Marvel or the G.
Problems with time slot and family commitments.

But living in Perth, I really appreciate seeing a game live.
TV can't do it justice.
As an example, Butler taking on Nic Nat for that goal was a whole lot more exciting than watching the replay later.
In real life, Nat looked a lot closer.
Skunk's snap goal looked more exciting too.
I was sitting above a pocket seeing both.
Heart in mouth stuff

A real Sainter will pledge allegiance to the ❤🤍🖤 and despise the Pies, the Blues, and the Injectors.

Yeah, being there live is way better.

I'm considering identifying as a penguin, or something, and swimming ashore at Scarborough just to see a live game. More chance of that happening than seeing a live game in Victoria.

And Butler's steal was brilliant.

Nothing like the live experience. Great the Perth based Saints fans finally got a look in.

Sadly, five Melbourne based home games with a crowd in our last 40 has robbed most of us the experience we once took for granted.
