Well…. We have a chance to make amends against both teams in the run home!
In fact, of our total run home, only Carlton is below us on the ladder right now.
So… IF we make finals, we’ll be coming in red hot.

Never fails CQ Saint, it's been a long time between drinks.
This was the first time for years that the team played four quarters of consistent good quality football, every player contributed and credit goes to the coaches and players for this fantastic performance.
The thing that impressed me most was being able to withstand the pressure applied by the Lions after half-time and the start of the last quarter, and go on to pile on more goals to put them to the sword!
They have showed flashes of this form in a few games this year but were unable to sustain the effort and so lost games they should have won. Surely the players will now have the belief and game plan to beat Port Adelaide and all of the 6 matches remaining.

"Any candidate for political office, once chosen for leadership, must have the will to take the wheel of a very powerful car, tasked from time to time to make a fast journey down a narrow, precipitous mountain road – and be highly skilled at driving. Otherwise, he is disqualified from the company of competent leaders."
