Re: No 10
That’s promising as he would be very valuable in the remaining games.
Does anyone know the progress of Hunter Clark as it’s been about four weeks now?

Re: No 10
Hard to get optimistic
The issue isn’t that he never reaches fitness… any type of pressure coupled with a bit of fatigue (which of course all athletes get routinely) makes the risk of reaggravating his injury incredibly high.

Give the guy a break FFS. It is not his fault if his body keeps failing him. At least he keeps trying. Maybe he will break through and get on the park.Although I'm betting some of you will be actually appalled if that were to happen.

He's still on track to be right for round 1 yeah?

Re: No 10
It is, but he was only ever recruited to play in finals games so his availability has been 100%, now that's value.

Re: No 10
What is better?
Play him in the seniors.
He pays balls to the wall…full hurst..
Kicks two early goals, helps in another two..
Blows out his hammy..
Carried of on a stretcher never to play again.
We win the game.
Ours season stays alive.
Vs
He plays several games at Sandy,
Makes his way into the senior team with four rounds remaining..
Plays respectably and safely
When we are basically tanking..
But we up finishing 12th instead of 14th
Miss out on an early draft choice ..
..and end up extending his contract, and Gears’s cause we ain’t got options.

Re: No 10
Interesting he was training well
When I saw the announcement I was certain the club had served him an ultimatum on the future of his career and he had no other option but to play somewhat regardless of the stage of his soft tissues
Reading the OP maybe he is finally up and about? If so god knows how long he lasts I reckon we’d be lucky to get a half a match out of him before something goes twang

Re: No 10
To be honest...
I’d honestly prefer that he come straight back into the top 22.
Easing him in hasn’t really worked thus far. I’d rather just play him twice and give him every third week off
