Votes v Tiges
Absolutely superb 4 quarter performance . Great team effort. So many deserve votes.
5. Luke Dunstan . Wonderful all night. So great to see him take his chances
3. Jack Steele . Great leader.
3. Paddy Ryder. A huge presence, a huge influence
2. Dougal Howard. Marshalled the defence superbly.
1. Jimmy Webster . Beaten only once tonight . Very strong.
1. Jack Sinclair. Probably the best ball user in the team.
So many others . I loved the cameos of Ben Long, Josh Battle back to form , etc etc

Re: Votes v Tiges
5. Luke Dunstan - could have been anything if blessed with foot skills.
4. Paddy Ryder - we would have made the GF last year if he had not done in hammy in the last minute against the dogs.
3. Jack Sinclair - if anyone rides on confidence, Jack's the one. Hopefully he will have a few more media articles on him. Cleaned up well on teammates mistakes.
2. Brad Crouch - if only his handball had more strong direction.
1. Jack Steele - not quite 100% in fitness, but still hard at it.
minus 100 - Umpire 9 who is, I'm afraid to say, a dead set cheat. Can't say that about many umpires, bad decisions are usually the excuse.

Now that I am old and know so much more, I know that I know so much about so little, and so little about so much.

Re: Votes v Tiges
Hill…
We won the game because of Hill imo.
First quarter.
His finger-tip collect and delivery at speed was Winmar like.
Mr Hill demands respect.
As does the North Melbourne man, Mr Wood. To a lesser extent perhaps, but nice and smart and deft and wise etc.
Marshall was like the statue of Mother Russia at Stalingrad. A figure head.
Long was good. Coffield was great…surprise of the whole game, IMO…until injury.

I don't know what that Maggot Stevic's problem is. Is it hate, incompetence or just plain out and out cheating.?
