Votes v Hawks
Well that was more enjoyable! Probably 15 blokes deserving of votes . These are mine , with apologies to many others.
5. Zak Jones . When it was up for grabs at the start , he was superb, and kept it going all game.
4. Brad Hill. A brilliant running game .
3. Jack Sinclair . Such a smart footballer. Has really found a niche down back.
2. Rowan Marshall. Great to have both the big blokes back. He has such a great presence. Paddy very close to votes too for superb ruck work.
1. Dan Butler. Back to his best , especially with the pressure.

good games by Sinclair, Marshall, Steele (always), Higgens, and Ross as well.
Very pleased with Bytel's continuing development. reckon he's a real prospect. and byrnes well worth his spot.

JB got plenty off footy, but wasn’t as damaging as Sincs, Steele, Seb and Crouch. Loved the work from the boys in the backline who all had very good games. The forwards were busy with Butler and Higgins amongst the goals. Skunk worked hard as usual. Maxy needs to play VFL. King will dominate at the lower level and that will give him the knowledge and the confidence to realise that he belongs.

Re: Votes v Hawks
A real team effort Ryder had a massive impact hard to individualise votes with such spread of contributors

Re: Votes v Hawks
This game was reminiscent of St Kilda at their best in 2020, a real team effort - very pleased with both Bytel and Byrnes.

Re: Votes v Hawks
5 Sinclair - great game, had more links than a Google results page.
4 Jones - leadership, fast start, biggest hair part on the ground.
3 Hill - team lifting.
2 Ryder - We need him, Marshall needs him, King needs him, Jones needs him, Ratts needs him....repeat
1 Clark - Sidebottom's love child? BTW going bald.....another personal challenge.
Great team game Saints. Such running.
Also had a humorous thought. We played like Hawthorn used to, and The Hawks played like we used to.
And thus the result.

Re: Votes v Hawks
Good call, they are elite. Strong in the body being tackled or tackling. Good decision maker. One of our recruiting punts that will pay dividends.
