Should win from here, but pur intensity will have to double for finals.
Is there any chance of Gresh and Jones getting back for finals?

JB stood up when it mattered.
And lay off King, some of his efforts have been great.

Re: Match Thread Saints v Giants Round 18 2020
Surely, we would be the only team that could loose it from here..... But I’m proud of the boys in Ratts first year and hopefully onward to finals
GWS should fold in the last quarter , a god time to get some confidence for the boys

Clark very handy in the middle, picking up the ball with ease and can kick left or right
Gehrig emerged from scans yesterday saying he was "as sweet as a bun"

They’ll roll the dice
We just have to bring the pressure
They’ll eventually crack, turn it over and we score
Hold our nerve fo not relax from here

Hannas was up and about that quarter and we started to get on top. Good to see him playing himself into form. Smaller players have been getting busier as the night has gone on, good signs.

Re: Match Thread Saints v Giants Round 18 2020
Lots of poise being shown by blokes who have finals experience . Ryder terrific in the ruck. Hannebery some very smart touches. Butler knows where to run- bobbed up at CHB at one stage when we were under pressure and booted a 65m torp to space. Hill kicked the ball to make Kent to run onto it. Don’t know if Howard has played finals, but he is very strong at FB.

As ex-president Peter Summers said:
“If we are going to be a contender, we may as well plan to win the bloody thing.”
St Kilda - At least we have a Crest!
