Votes v Tiges
Superb team effort. Very even - everyone made a contribution.
Anyone’s guess for the votes, but happy to kick it off and for others to disagree!
3. Dan Butler. Our best in the first half. Quiet later, but that goal late in 3rd quarter to steady the ship when they got within 16 points was so valuable
3. Tim Membrey . A real target . Always a threat.
3. Jack Steele. Has always been a great tackler, but wins the footy too. Top midfielder.
2. Bradley Hill. Tonight he used it much better than last week. Made good decisions.
1. Hunter Clark. Very calm in defence. Excellent late.
1. Ben Long. Made a bad blue early, but backed himself and made a significant contribution off half back
1. Rowan Marshall. Beaten early but kept competing and had a fabulous last quarter.
1. Josh Battle. Liked his mongrel.

Great team effort. I gave all my votes to the guys who hit hard and also attack the pill with great ferocity.
If both Hill and Hannas stay healthy we’re going to upset a few more top teams. Jones was also important early, Lonie and Kent worked hard and JB was much better than last week. I thought the Coff and Ben Paton were very good and loving the development of Maxy King

Re: Votes v Tiges
Very hard to separate but...
3 Butler - best pick up of the off season?
2 Steele - stood tall
2 Marshall - 1 ruck decision was part of the win formula
2 Membrey - 2 giant contested marks near goal
1 Clark - one of 3 quick kids off the backline.
1 Coffield - another - you can see they have been coached
1 Long - another - back yourself ignore the poor outcomes they happen sometines- well done son
1 Howard - beat Lynch and Reiwoldt
1 Carlisle - better this week
1 Marsh - big man - crunching
Richmond a re down but a satisfying win.

Re: Votes v Tiges
freely,
Carlisle isn't perfect, but he did play a good game yesterday
I got really frustrated with Jake in an early high marking duel when he 'chose' to slow his steps and stop just short of the contest when he assumed that Dougal had it covered.
In the end Carlisle did not contest. He chose bruise free footy and I think the Tigers player kicked the goal.
Jake made up for that poor effort throughout the rest of the game, and if he goes for 100% of contests with 100% effort, we'll win a lot more games

His spoil on Lynch in the 3rd without giving away a free kick was awesome.Scollop wrote: ↑Sun 28 Jun 2020 4:29pm freely,
