On my phone, it appears on the 'former coach snubs statue thread in the Naruto style. In default style it is a complete arrow as opposed to just an arrow head. Glitch, maybe? First time I've seen it. Just curious.

It’s the same for me too. It changed this morning.
Normally it is
Red > Black circle = Read
White > Blue circle = Unread
This new one is a greyed our circle with an arrow in it.
