In the NFL next weekend is the final pre season game then the season proper kicks off the following one

Another ex-Sainter will probably get a medal around his neck
He won't just be a 'role' player or a passenger either. I think if Rhys Stanley doesn't get injured he'll be one of the most important keys for Geelong to win it.
He has the tank and the speed to keep up with Grundy and will go into the match against Collingwood with confidence because Stanley did a good job on Grundy earlier this year.
I have a strange feeling that West Coast will make it to the Grand Final, but they'll be buggered by the time they get there
