Not Geelong (my brother in law is an arrogant xxxxxxxx)
Not Brisbane (my other brother in law is an arrogant xxxxxxxx)
Not Collingwood (obvious reasons)
Not the Injectors (obvious reasons)

Thankfully.
6 months off whilst the club gears up for another year of mediocrity.
The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

I think the Lions will beat Richmond up at the Gabba, which will make it a hard road for the Tigers.

Umpires will get Collingwood home. Friday night v Essendon the umpires reached a all time low of cheating.

Brisbane Lions
GWS Giants
WC Eagles

not the doggies or we'll never catch them.
not gws or they'll be equal to us
not the druggies or the pies
not the tigers when the g is their home ground.
going for the lions as the underdogs

Yes we all want the Lions winning.desertsaint wrote: ↑Mon 26 Aug 2019 1:10am not the doggies or we'll never catch them.

Otherwise may as well be WCE again. Hate the rest of them. My least-worse option after WCE is Geelong.
If Pies lose to Geelong in the qually, they play WCE the following week in the Semi (let’s assume the drug cheats fail on Perf!) at the G.
I still don’t understand why the Semi finals aren’t called quarter finals as they are two games away from the Granny, and the two Prelims aren’t called Semi finals!
Surely we see Collingwood go out in straight sets. That would be a joy!
Also want a WCE/Lions granny if I don’t get seats in the MCC ballot!!

Re: It's nearly finals time.. Who will win the premiership
They could still win it even if they lose because of the week off and they should play all their other finals at the G.
I think it will be a Geelong/Richmond v Brisbane GF.

West Coast & Cripps kicks the opening goal.
Hutchings does an amazing job on Dusty, unlucky not to get the Norm Smith instead of Hickey who had just played the game of his life.

Re: It's nearly finals time.. Who will win the premiership
I honestly couldn’t care who wins. Mind you, if the Filth or Geelong won it would be pretty nauseating.
It’ll be pretty tough for WCE, since they don’t have the double chance. If they manage to win it from there, then kudos to them.
Wouldn’t mind seeing the Doggies make a real go of it. They were fun to watch yesterday in tearing the Crows apart.
But I can’t help to think that Richmond will win the premiership, as they have so much depth and have just started to hit top gear at the right time. Gee, can’t say I’ll be elated about another Tiges flag in three years

How are the Redskins looking this season SN? Looking forward to a big year from the Niners! Hopefully I get to see them on a few live games on 7mate. Nothing better than Monday’s in the NFL season, doing housework while a game is on tv and listening to my Niners on net radio Love itSainternist wrote: ↑Mon 26 Aug 2019 2:57pm I honestly couldn’t care who wins. Re: It's nearly finals time.. Who will win the premiership
I have no idea how the ‘Skins are shaping up. No doubt they will suck again. I’m never in the loop on NFL. Baseball is my main passion outside of footy. The new NFL season must be starting this weekend, right? I might have to follow it more closely this season. Once the MLB season wraps up, it feels like there’s a void, with no Saints footy to follow either.stevie wrote: ↑Mon 26 Aug 2019 10:54pmHow are the Redskins looking this season SN?
