Re: Ben King Watch
2020 is the year of the Rat and a double number. We will also beat Port in China by 66 points with 22 healthy players.Scollop wrote: ↑Mon 29 Jul 2019 1:15pm Yes, I know it's the year of the Rat(t) but the Chinese also believe that double numbers are lucky. In 2021 it will be 55 years since our last flag. We'll make finals next year but 2021 is our year
the headlines will look better too when they write; "It's been 55 years since their last premiership"

On a recent flight a nearby passenger got a good look at our list manager, 'Gags', laptop and email chain. One of those had 2020 team list and there happened to be 2 kings...

If this is true - I have serious issues with IP being so easily seen.
If it comes to pass though - WOW!

Was it Joe King? Very good half back flanker but a draft Smokey with great under age form but missed this TAC cup year with a knee reco!
AwayInUSA no longer ... have based myself back in Melbourne for a decade of Saintsational Success (with regular trips back to the USA)

LOL - Nope - it was his brother Wayne - apparently very good with his hands - but little else - and is a little exciting - but ultimately lets you down at the big dance!BackFromUSA wrote: ↑Thu 08 Aug 2019 4:44pm Was it Joe King? Really, my mail is that he is a fairly rigid type that doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty and navigates with ease through sticky situations. Also doesn’t get caught holding the ball very often.Sainter_Dad wrote: ↑Thu 08 Aug 2019 5:36pmLOL - Nope - it was his brother Wayne - apparently very good with his hands - but little else - and is a little exciting - but ultimately lets you down at the big dance!BackFromUSA wrote: ↑Thu 08 Aug 2019 4:44pm Was it Joe King? Is known as a straight shooter but can have a little bit of a habit of spraying his shots under pressure.
