Re: The Crows.. Ripe for the picking
They are our bogey side - seem to grow in confidence every time they play us - particularly in Adelaide.
I personally dont like our chances, but I so desperately want to win this one.
This game is massive for us in so many ways.
Win and Ratten will have proven his credentials in my view.
Lose and it confirms we really are just a bottom 4 team that can scrounge a win on a good day.

No Marshall last time we played, and we were on fire until Lonie got dogged in that contest. Both back and playing well, plus a return (hopefully) of Stuv and even Hannaz then look out!

If we knock off the Crows this week... 8th place is a genuine possibility!

Should be able to add some class to the team that beat Melbourne, this weekend too.

The Crows have been humiliated and their backs are against the wall ..we are ripe for a belting
They were pathetic against the cheats, I expect a totally fired up Crows.

We are doomed already.
Posters that have admitted they were wrong about Hanna's gastro and the club didn't create a cover story.

Re: The Crows.. Ripe for the picking
Just checked out the Adelaide board on Big footy.. Seems to be a lot going according to their fans on players wanting out, board not being transparent and disrespecting fans, not happy with coach but can't sack him...lost the players .. The rot is setting in...

We're like $3.80 or something. We're rank outsiders. Lol

Re: The Crows.. Ripe for the picking
Win (hopefully) or loose, I just want to see us have a genuine crack for 4 qrts. Would be a shame to get done by 30+ points or worse a 60+ point flogging. We need to really keep momentum going with the group. Ratts has released the shackles a bit and we're seeing some good individual performances but the team hasnt clicked yet.
I want the boys to start to get a real appetite for winning and I'm hoping they have their tails up after the last few weeks and play with some dare and synergy.
Smacking the Crows on their home deck, would be glorious.
Go Saints!!

The pessimist in me points to a 100 point loss.

I have hated the crows and their supporting lice ever since the 97 grand final.

We tend not to play well interstate and we tend not to play well against Adelaide.
Ratts has got them going, but whether that translates yet to winning these sorts of games remains to be seen.
It would be our best win of the season. Here’s hoping
Just watched the last quarter against the Dockers and I reckon if we had a fit Steven and Hannebury when we played the Crows we would have rolled them. I thought Ratts gave us every chance considering illness and injuries
Our other bogey team over the last 6 years has been Sydney. If Ratts can get the job done over there on the SCG, I think that seals the deal...if it isn't already
I don't think we need any excuse to roll Carlton and I'm confident of a win this week
