I will be mighty pissed off if he gets the same money that apparently Hickey was on.
Won't be getting $600k, full stop!!!!!

All jokes aside, that's why St.Kilda was happy to see the back of Hickledik!!!!!

Too expensive!!!!!

Pleased to have him on board.
Mind you in 2040, when Polish dwarves are all the rage, after all the good ones have gone, we'll get one.

Well, he's got a couple of very good ruck coaches to learn off plus the boys playing.

I also like this part as good rowers tend to be good endurance athletes.

I heard differently SC - they left Billy's contract last because they needed to know what was left in the TPP after the trade week. After Billy showed them his stats for his last full year (2017) compared to Max Gawn at the same age, they will be paying him the balance up to the TPP cap - $2.2 mill per year for 6 years. Good investment.

I actually hope the first 12 months they try and teach him to play FF. Much easier to learn the game when the ball is being kicked in your general direction. This is what Collingwood have done well with Cox compared to how we tried to make Holmes a pure ruckman.

The flaw in that plan is that you need to be able to mark the ball ;)

Regardless of outcome it can’t hurt punting on a Perth born and raised 211cm basketballs.

Nothing ventured nothing gained.

At 211cm and 110kg (from ESPN website: 245 pounds), that is ONE SERIOUSLY BIG DUDE.

Astute recruitment again. Could be a good pickup. Definitely a project player.

Big mistake. We give him a few years of training and then the go-home factor will kick in.

I thought the same, but then I realised he has already spent 3 years in the US, so living in Melbourne will feel like he is around the corner to home.
