As I just noted to the cohort on the email, in response to the same point:

"Steele is listed as 2020";

In reply:

I have no idea. But, I can’t find anything to suggest Steele’s initial contract was more than 2 years, and I can’t find anything to suggest he’s been given a contract extension on his original contract when he came aboard on 2 years at the end of ’16.

Every other mention on the above list seems to be right.

Given how this club operates, be f***ed if I’m gonna believe the Steele entry from a day or so ago is the only one that’s wrong.

Longer and Pierce are out of contract and fellow ruckman Tom Hickey, who was signed through 2019, is going to West Coast. Lonie ended the season strongly and is overseas mulling over a contract offer. Weller has made double-digit appearances in all five of his seasons at the club, but this year's 13 was his lowest.
