Freezer won’t play anywhere. Concussion.
And Joycey hurt his shoulder.
And good to see big Holmesy and his brother at the club today. Real popular bloke.

Bench should be Acres, Paton, Clarke and Gilbo ( farewell game ) but bet we see Dunstan, Armo, Gilbo and Richo's love child Mav. At any rate having Mav in the team maybe a subtle form of tanking.

Good ins for the final crack at it. Glad 2018 will soon be over! 😁

Hopefully Weller has a blinder....and GCS are watching.

This should be his last match for StKilda.

Mr Conservative‘s still trying to protect his job, perfect opportunity to throw all the kids in and let them have a crack.

How many times has Dunstan been dropped /re-instated this year, surely it has been more than twice?

That's profound because I reckon that's where he changed and they tried too hard to play finals before we were ready. That meant that some of the more experienced players were preferred instead of playing the draftees

If Richo and the footy department had convinced the board that the road to 2020 plan wasn't going to work unless we lured A graders in the trade periods in 2016/2017 he might have been more focussed on getting the list right rather than just purely making the finals.

He has been desperate to improve his win loss ratio to save his job and that has come at the cost of better focus on development and keeping our eyes on the main prize - which is sustained success through building a core group that will be good enough to challenge for top 4 spots over many years.

Have crack but don't be stupid.
Pick 4 after free agency to GC will be much better than pick 5.

I'm betting there will only be one change.

Carlisle in for Goddard with Hugh and the other three the emergencies.

Gilbo and armo both deserve to play. It is most likely their last for us. Carlisle in for Goddard, Clarke to play for more experience and not fussed about the other 2. God news is the pain stops Sunday afternoon. Disappointing season

Armo is contracted for 2019 and I'd be surprised if he's traded. With all the talk around leaders on field and off field, I believe his experience should not be underestimated for one final year. I think he's shown enough in glimpses this year ( after a lengthy period with injuries in 2017 ) and with a refresh and a good preseason he can be a handy player for next year
