What would be acceptable for the remain games to keep the wolves away
While playing just over a quarter of football and coming up with a win against another poor team what does the team need to do against melbourne and beyond to keep the pressure off Richo.

Re: What would be acceptable for the remain games to keep the wolves away
We have a few winnable games coming home. Especially in the last 4.
Personally, although the Sun's win was nice. I'm not convinced we are going to see anything different against any side above us.
We have many Etihad games and need to draw our supporters into the gates, the only way this will happen is to be really competitive and be in the game until the end. And win a few unexpected ones.
We probably will win 2 or3, that's my gut feeling.
As long as it appears the boys are genuinely playing for Richo and there are big glimpses of our potential on display, more games into Battle, Marshall, White, etc I would be happy with that.
Would really love to sing the song a few more times this season.

The missus and I flew up for the game. Had a great time and came home happy. Would have been far different if we had lost.St Loxton wrote: ↑Sun 24 Jun 2018 10:31am We have a few winnable games coming home. Especially in the last 4.

I just have a feeling that if we dont show that same intensity as what we did in the last quarter then it's going to be a 36+ point loss against the Dees.

Re: What would be acceptable for the remain games to keep the wolves away
We need to finish the season very strongly and with a succession of wins at some point for Richo to be safe.
That’s the only thing that will install any sort of confidence that the club is on the right track.
We want to see young players pushing up and demanding selection and disappointnents such as Billings and McCartin really hitting their straps.

It will delay the inevitable IMHO/ We will most likely lose to Melb and port who are both top 8 teams so the sack Richo chant will start up again. The Carlton game will most likely be the most important game in the next month. If we lose Richo will all but be cooked but if we win he will hang on for longer

While we need to win a few games, I think the way we play is going to be as important. It's hard to sell the club, get people to games and attract sponsors if you're struggling to kick 10 goals a game.
Opinions are like arseholes, everybody's got one.

Re: What would be acceptable for the remain games to keep the wolves away
I wouldn't expect much from the next two games (Melbourne & Port) but anything less than 3 wins from the last seven games is a complete failure. If we lose to Carlton, Richo must go immediately in my opinion.

Go Blues then!
Can’t see us winning 3 out of our last 7. Even that means. a pathetic 5 win season.

Carlton is only game we might win.

We can beat
Carlton
Bulldogs
that's it
so maybe 1 of those. Makes three wins one draw
Need a good kid in the draft so probably good in the end. Better than 10th
