Wooden Spoon - here comes St Kilda
Can’t kick a goal in the first quarter so far 19 minutes in. Might as well line up for it...

Re: Wooden Spoon - here comes St Kilda
Really we've never needed a number 1 pick like now
We are out of this draft and need back in - in a big way
Play kids get the picks in draft cut losses with coaching and recruitment now and plan for 2019 beyond

Armo until the end of 2019.
Geary 2019.
McKenzie 2019
Savage 2019
McCartin 2020
Bruce 2020

Re: Wooden Spoon - here comes St Kilda
I have no problem with Geary, Bruce and Savage they earned it at the time.
Armo extension agreed was a big mistake, Mc kenzie dowsnt look like making it, McCartin well you have to give him time thats all you can do with a player like that...recruiters stuffed that one up..
Richo another two years.... who knows if this guy can coach everyone in the industry rates him but we saints supporters are scratching our heads...

Armo is playing like he's in a bubble- lost his tough intensity. We need to get some more young talent in for a run in his place.

Re: Wooden Spoon - here comes St Kilda
Ummm wrong. NO ONE in the industry rated him that is why he never coached a team before we fell for the scam. He only coached as part of as team, he was regarded for his youth development yet he has destroyed almost every young rookie we have had...Vazelos wrote:I have no problem with Geary, Bruce and Savage they earned it at the time.

And we do know if he can coach what the hell do you think 2014 2015 2016 2017 and 2018 have been? A coach coaching a team very badly.

Hutchy Machiavelli gave Finey the heave-ho from SEN. Finey has been demoted to the depths of youtube these days, where he does a show called Footyology with RoCo.thejiggingsaint wrote:Mark Fine rated him. I know but he left us a legacy of all these dodgy contracts before he left us. Most of the extensions were done just before he left.St Lenny wrote:Bains left last year and is with Footscraycongorozides wrote:Richo contracted until the end of 2020.

Re: Wooden Spoon - here comes St Kilda
reality is if we get a top 3 pick with the decisions of the past we really need to swap it for 2 in top 15. i.e. pick 3 traded for 6 12 . Not sure how number swork but you get the idea
