Will the media turn on Richo/whole footy department?

I hope we get slaughtered by the compliant media this week and called out for what we are.

Hopefully Finnis listens and does something. Even announcing a full independent review would be a start.

If Freo belt is next week, it could hopefully get the wheels in motion for change, rather than burying our administrative heads in the sand.

Oh, and tony74 said we would win today. He’s either a liar, or the team has self destructed.

I agree with SP. The media hasn't sunk their boots in enough. I'm hoping for at least a scathing article this week, going into full detail of how the team has gone backwards this year.

I just posted up some stats. Not going to do it again but Richo is the only 3+ year coach in the past 3 decades to not make finals.

The more pressure applied the better as far as I am concerned.

Richo has been very respectful and cooperative with the media. In return there will be no crucifixion, but the tone has become increasingly pitying. Which is possibly worse. Robbo may turn up with a sufficient BAC some Monday to really grill him but Richo always pleads the fifth and deflects - injured players et al. I imagine he has calculated how often he has to front up before the 2020 contract expires and just thinks "bank balance, poor St Kilda smucks".
