Imagine having Zach Merett instead. Thanks flathead.
"Is this the right room for an argument?"
"I told you once."
"No, you didn't."
"Yes, I did."
"Listen, an argument isn't just the automatic gainsaying of anything the other person says, it's a series of statements designed to support a particular conclusion."
"No, it isn't."
"Oh, I've had enough of this."
"No you haven't"
"Oh shut up."

Re: Goddard set to revive career. The Age
I still have high hopes for Goddard and lets hope he comes good. He might get called upon if injuries arise. Good article.

Imagine in the 07 draft if we took Dangerfield instead of McEvoy at no 9! The Crows took Dangerfield at 10! Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but I don't blame anyone at the club for that. No point.Drake Huggins wrote:Imagine having Zach Merett instead. Thanks flathead.

All I care about is we got Goddard for Ryhs Stanley, we could win that trade by heaps if Goddard comes on. Worst case, we lose by a little bit because Stanley is proving to be a dud.

Ill keep it to myself.

Don't go writing Hughey off yet. (However) I see him as more of a key forward than key defender.
It's Dave, man. Will you open up? I got the stuff with me! -------Who?

But it is way too early for a wank piece. He aint Jesus.
To have your career 'revived' you needed to have one to begin with,
An no he is NOT COUSINS with Brendon.

Goddard makes Paddy look really good.
Giddards last game was shocking. He looked terribly slow even before injury.
He’s another Lee in the making IMO

Re: Goddard set to revive career. The Age
Goddard looked okay in his first few games, before the injuries came along. Was highly rated in that draft by all recruiters. Pretty easy to stick the boots into a young player (and the recruiters) when he hasn't had the chance to get a fair run at it. Poor form

One minute you want Cousins, next minute you don't. No wonder our recruiting staff are confused.

Or Parfitt instead of Long
It can go on... I think Goddard can be ok. He just had couple of bad injury interrupted years. Should play some games this year and may end up in a trade or one year deal

Re: Goddard set to revive career. The Age
Alarm bells started ringing for me when he got a bit hot at the training camp on the Sunshine coast .
Let's face it he only has to match an ageing Collingwood reject - who most here don't rate very highly anyway
