Crowds
Looking at a crowd of 60,000 today.
If we lose then we will be lucky to get 6,000 next week.

Re: Crowds
Going to be way bigger than expected here. Estimate from mcc was 42k. Huge queues here; good day. Go the mighty Saints!

Don't be fooled by the Pollyanna brigade on here.
Our club is in crisis on and off field.

Re: Crowds
53K today.
One of the biggest ever crowds for Dees/Saints in the home and away season you'd think.
Highlight of the day was seeing Aunty and her tree branch do a nice welcome to the country.

Re: Crowds
Our lowest ever crowds for home and away games are 3,500, for games against South and Hawks in 1942, and Dogs in 1952.Con Gorozidis wrote:What is our lowest ever crowd?
Just wondering. It may be under threat this week.

Re: Crowds
Pretty fair effort for the Dees to get 53,000 considering most of the members were at the snow this weekend.ralphsmith wrote:This dees fan came well prepared.

Should be his final game full stop to draw an even bigger crowd.thejiggingsaint wrote:Get a GRIP! It's our champions final home game!Con Gorozidis wrote:Looking at a crowd of 60,000 today.

Knowing Saints fans the sadness re being out of finals will outweigh the Roo factor.

Re: Crowds
42,000 members, can still finish 12 and 10, improvement from most of our young blokes, 2 first round draft picks next year huge amounts of salary cap room to attract players. Yep huge crisis!Con Gorozidis wrote:Crisis looming.
