When were we great
A few seasons in the 60's (and we under achieved with that team)
I'd never play on our history as marketing or inspiration

Yes!dragit wrote:What about:
2017 - Protracted lineage of unprecedented mediocrity
But let's build a wall - or better still a dome - around Seaford to keep all those foreign teams and people out
that want to spy on us.
Only then will St Kilda become truly great.

I'm not a social media expert but #howiwanttobe seems very generic. I liked #bestkilda but the club seems to have abandoned it.
Apologies if I took the thread too seriously.

As Presidents go, we seem to have landed on a really good one. It all starts at the top.

Re: How I want to Be is too soft!
If you want to play by yourself and with yourself you should remember to change hands at 99!
Trump, most obviously, can not count to 99!!!
In the meantime we have the AFL competition where St Kilda is one of the licensed competitors - and where, for a raft of reasons some of which the AFL has attempted to address with varying degrees of success over the more recent past, St Kilda's "success" has been what it is.
So "Time for Change" may be a more appropriate sign off.
That starts from an administration making decisions - and then constantly reviewing progress including by reviewing decisions as appropriate.
The one thing you do know is that there is constant change so nothing is the same today as it was yesterday.
Anyone believing otherwise is doomed to failure.
No doubt with Trump, there will be a forensic analysis of his business dealings and his history as a citizen, including, at some point by disaffected GOP Representatives.
Akin to what "Tiny" Rowland of Lonro fame did to Alan Bond.
The politics of big business and power!!!!!
And St Kilda had Lindsay Fox, so survived because of big business and power (in putting an ultimatum to ANZ Banking Group).
