Training Times
If there are people in the know (or know where to look) can you please keep us all updated with Saints:
- training date
- training time
- training venue
- Type of session
- Estimated length of session
Would help us not in the knows to know when to rock up!
Please.

Re: Training Times
O.K, but understand this can change at the drop of a hat. Pre season... Till roughly the end on January they will train 5 days a week at Seaford. Tuesday and Thursday is often inside whilst Mon, We'd and Frid you will have the best opportunity to see the boys on the park. Consistently from 10am to midday with some individual sessions at odd times. During the season it's more likely on Tues and Thurs with Wednesday the rest day. Same times apply. Always worth taking your membership card ( particularly during the season) as Dave and others may think you're spying.
But it's a very fluid timetable, often changing a couple of days before. Hope that helps.
