Shenton's a pretty handy medium forward as he showed in the VFL this season. Unfortunately for him we've got Membrey and Mav plus Billings and other guys who can do that role. If your club was deficient in that area you could do a lot worse than look at him. He's a goer.

I notice in the article none of the mentioned 15 players should considered by the Saints. Seems we are no longer considered the dumping ground for GOP's in this stage of our development.

It'll be interesting to see if many, or any of this lot gets another shot at an AFL career.

I think that Barlow will be picked. Great ball magnet despite his poor kicking. Crows know that they need a deeper midfield and so they may take the plunge.

Richards would be a good fit for the Pies.

After that things get thin. Maybe Green for a club wanting a small forward. But may be rookied instead.

Eli's the youngest on the list. At just 21 and finishing 6th in the VFL b&F already, I'd be surprised if no one else at least rookied him.

Shaggy I can't see happening at 26 despite finding his spot at as that medium forward who can play tall. Probably just not skilled enough at AFL level.

Shaun Edwards is an interesting one. Got some speed and skill and height at 190. I get the feeling he may not have the taste for the physical contest hence delisted.

Especially with the odd timing of letting Chips go.
