Focus on footy group?
I know this isn't related to the saints but can someone please explain what is going on with Richmond and focus on footy?

They pitched their flag on revamping the footy department....
So while they were doing press conferences and talking about what they were gonna do, the current board were cleaning out the assistant coaches and appointing Neil Balme as head of the footy dept.
