Saw it on Saturday when saintbrat posted it.
Great read, made me learn more about Mav beyond him just being a hard nut.
He genuinely seems to have a good head on his shoulders, and shows dedication getting in early to look at video of potential opponents. I would be happy to see him as captain in the future.

Great read, highly self-motivated individual.
Meditation can be a great tool for the right person.
Was nice to read that he comes up to my little dairy farming town (population about 200) every now and then. Plenty of peace and quiet here.
