The knee of Lee
Couldn't watch or listen to the game. Match report says Lee injured his left knee. Anyone with any info?

Re: The knee of Lee
Injured. Came off in the 3rd and didn't return. Doesn't seem serious. I think he could have come back on if needed. Will be good to go in two weeks v the Cats.st.byron wrote:Couldn't watch or listen to the game. Match report says Lee injured his left knee. Anyone with any info?

Re: The knee of Lee
From what I've read, he completely shut Everite out of the game until he came off

ball not down there much, but well on top of everitt. One good strong mark and one very poor disposal. Did get a tackle in though!

Was watching him live at the game. Put up a good fight in every contest.Stian wrote:I haven't read the matchday thread but can you give a short opinion on Lee's game today. Was it encouraging?
Thanks
In the last quarter he was running along the boundary line fine. Knee was iced at the end of the game.

Re: The knee of Lee
He did indeed. Stats will not show it, but he really did his job until injured. After he came off, he did a lot of running up and down the boundary and only when the game was iced did they decide to apply some of that ice to his knee. He has earnt a game against the Cats, and we will need him as Fisher and Dempster will not be back.skeptic wrote:From what I've read, he completely shut Everite out of the game until he came off

Everitt got closer to the ball when he sat on the bench.skeptic wrote:From what I've read, he completely shut Everite out of the game until he came off
But then when Lee went off injured Everitt got the ball a few times.

Re: The knee of Lee
Carlton moved the ball so slowly Lee didn't have much to do but did it well.
A poor option with his kick in resulted in a goal
I agree it looked like he could of come back on but they chose not to as he was not required.
